Debi Gerstel, Founder
Debi has 20+ years of strategy and operations leadership experience in management consulting, high tech, climate tech, and sustainability. Often called a "Swiss Army Knife," she is a growth-oriented, process-optimizing, innovative problem solver who knows how to hustle and make things happen in rapidly changing environments.
Debi has served as Chief of Staff at PwC, VP Strategy and Operations at ENGIE, and Business Operations Leader at Amazon. She has also worked with and for many startups and non-profits. Throughout her career, Debi has orchestrated the management of 100+ enterprise-wide programs, projects, and strategic initiatives aimed at goal and process alignment as well as business growth. She has an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business and a B.S. from Cornell University.
